"I am resorting to leaving a public review because, despite numerous attempts over the past year to resolve this issue privately, your office has failed to take any action.

Both my husband and I have left messages and spoken directly with live representatives on multiple occasions, repeatedly requesting that our son’s phone number be removed from your records. We have made it very clear that this phone number no longer belongs to anyone named Raymundo.

Our son is 10 years old and has a cellphone strictly for emergencies and communication with his family. Yet your office continues to bombard his phone with calls, including during school hours.

This is completely unacceptable. A child should not be subjected to repeated, unwanted calls because your office refuses to correct its records, especially after being notified of the issue multiple times over the course of an entire year.

At this point, the continued calls feel like harassment. We are demanding that you immediately remove our son’s phone number from your records and cease all further contact.

It should not take a public review and a year of repeated requests for a business to respect such a simple and reasonable request. Your lack of responsiveness and disregard for our concerns are extremely disappointing.

I thought the last time we spoke, within the last month, would be the last so unfortunately cleared his phone of all your other calls and voicemails but I am attaching the most recent for proof."
